Chum salmon


The Chum Salmon, distinguished by its vibrant blue/green color and forked tail, typically weighs between 3.5 and 5.5 kg. Keta Salmon exhibit two distinct spawning modes: the "summer" run between May and September, and the "fall" run between September and November. These salmon feed on plankton, squid, and small fish. The prime catching season for Chum Salmon spans from June to October.
